What this MCA fee calculator covers

This tool is deliberately structured by filing type. That matters because MCA does not use one universal late-fee formula: ordinary company forms use slab multipliers, annual returns and financial statements use ₹100 per day, LLPs use their own classification-based multipliers, and DIR-3 KYC uses fixed charges.

1

Choose the correct filing

Start with company form, annual filing, LLP filing, DIR-3 KYC or SPICe+. The calculator then loads the applicable rule.

2

Enter capital and delay

Use nominal share capital for companies or contribution for LLPs, then enter exact calendar days after the due date.

3

Review the breakdown

See the normal fee, additional fee and total separately so you can audit the result before filing.

91–180 days10× normal fee₹4,400
More than 180 days12× normal fee₹5,200

The multiplier is the additional fee. The total payable is normal fee plus that additional amount. ADT-1 and section 157 notices use a special first band: up to 15 days attracts one-time normal fee as the additional fee.

Official MCA sources

Each rule used above was checked against Ministry of Corporate Affairs material. Open the source most relevant to your filing before relying on the estimate.

Important: This calculator estimates government filing fees from the selected rule set. It does not compute statutory penalties, compounding/adjudication amounts, state stamp duty, charge-related ad-valorem fees, or concessions under a time-bound scheme. The fee shown on the live MCA21 challan at the time of filing is the final payable amount.

Frequently asked questions

No. It estimates MCA normal and additional filing fees. A penalty imposed under a statutory provision or through adjudication is separate and depends on the specific default.

The rule describes the delayed amount as an additional fee. The calculator therefore adds the normal filing fee to the applicable additional-fee multiple.

The calculator applies ₹100 per day after the statutory period under the sections 92 and 137 fee rule. It does not impose an artificial cap.

The MCA filing fee concession applies for incorporation through SPICe+ where authorised capital is up to ₹15 lakh. State stamp duty and other costs may still apply, so the complete incorporation cost is not zero.

No. Charge forms can involve special time bands and ad-valorem amounts, while SH-7 uses an authorised-capital difference calculation. They are excluded to prevent a misleading estimate.
