Job Description
- Handling in litigation, Tax Assessments.
- Tax litigation preparation & representation of appeals including at CIT (A), DRP & ITAT levels.
- Preparation of submissions for filing and virtual representation before CIT(A), E- Appellate Authorities & E-Assessment Authorities
- Filling Representation of revision before PCIT & CCITA.
- Representation before Investigation wing in search and seizure cases/ Intelligence & Criminal Investigation (I&CI) Division / Investigation Wing/ Assessing Officer in proceedings under The Black Money Law.
